Roasted Pecans

Serves/Makes:1 cup

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225 ml) pecans
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) butter, melted
  • salt, to taste
Preparation
  • Melt butter in 300 degree (150 C.) oven in shallow pan.
  • Add pecans and stir to coat.
  • Bake for 10 minutes; stir.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Let cool.

Good to just eat or put on salads.
