Serves/Makes:1 cup
- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) pecans
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) butter, melted
- salt, to taste
- Preparation
- Melt butter in 300 degree (150 C.) oven in shallow pan.
- Add pecans and stir to coat.
- Bake for 10 minutes; stir.
- Add salt to taste.
- Bake for 10 more minutes.
- Let cool.
- Comments
- Good to just eat or put on salads.
