Serves/Makes:8 or more
- Ingredients
- 2 cans cut green beans
- 1 can white corn
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (225 ml) Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 stick butter, melted
- Preparation
- Mix first five ingredients and place in a casserole.
- Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
- Sprinkle over bean mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until bubbly and beans are cooked.
