• 1 cup (225 ml) flour
• 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml). salt
• 2 tsp (10 ml). paprika
• beer to make consistancy of pancake batter

Preparation

• Mix dry ingredients.
• Add beer.
• Dip fish in batter.
• Fry in hot oil.
