- Ingredients
- 2 10 oz (280 grm). packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained.
- 1 8 oz (224 grm). package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1 tsp (5 ml). lemon pepper
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) crushed buttery crackers or seasoned croutons
- Preparation
- Mix cream cheese, milk and lemon pepper until well blended.
- Stir in spinach.
- Spoon mixture into a 1 quart (950 ml) casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with crushed crackers or croutons.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 to 30 minutes.
