Serves/Makes:1 cup approx.
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) orange juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) soysauce
- 2 tsp (10 ml) brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp (2 ml) fresh ginger, peeled, crushed
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) minced scallions
- 1/2 tspseasoned rice wine vinegar
- pinch curry powder
- squeeze of fresh lime juice
- In saucepan combine all ingredients over medium heat.
- Bring to boil, reduce to low heat and simmer 5 minutes; strain.
- Return to low heat and continue to simmer until a syrup thickness is achieved.
