- Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. Ritz mini-peanut butter crackers
- 1 cup (225 ml) milk chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). Crisco shortening (not oil)
- Preparation
- Melt chips and shortening in microwave on high (30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, etc.) until completely melted.
- Dip cracker sandwiches into chocolate until completely covered.
- Place on greased wax or parchment paper.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
