- pint jar of clear verathane varnish
- 1 can aresol hair spray
- Preparation
- I have taken the candy canes from the tree and dipped them in clear verathane (a varnish), hung them out to dry over newspaper and then put them away.
- Another way is to hair spray them and then dip them in verathane. This seems to work the best.
