Serves/Makes:4 or more
- Ingredients
- salmon steaks (however many you need)
- 1 cube unsalted butter
- lemon pepper (to taste...use GENEROUSLY and taste till it's fairly strong)
- fresh lemon juice (also to taste)
- Preparation
- Melt butter over moderate heat in saucepan.
- Add lemon pepper and lemon juice till combined and adjusted to your taste.
- Spread over salmon steaks.
- Place steaks on grill and watch closely so they don't catch on fire.
- Continue to baste with this mixture till they are done to your preference.

- Great served with fresh fruit salad of pineapple, melon, apple and banana and rice pilaf.
