- Ingredients
- 1 lb (.5 kg). lean hamburger
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 8 oz (224 grm). pkg. processed cheese, cubed
- 1 10 oz (280 grm). can diced tomatoes (optional)
- Preparation
- Cook hamburger and onions over medium heat until brown and onions are soft.
- In medium saucepan over low heat, melt cheese.
- Stir in burger and onions, also tomatoes if using them.
- Pour over chips or use as a dip.
