- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) celery salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) black pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) bay leaf crumbled
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cloves
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) each: allspice, ginger, mace, cardamom, and cinna mon.
- Stir together and seal in small zip-lock bag.
- Use 1 tsp (5 ml) at a time.
- Great for meats, stews, vegies, just about anything you want to add a zip to.
- Can be doubled.
