McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning
- This is TSR.
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) salt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) black pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) dehydrated onion
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) dehydrated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) dried thyme
- 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) dried rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) dried fennel
- Mix together and store in a shaker. I use a small zip-loc bag.
- Shake or rub 1 tbsp (15 ml) seasoning onto meat before cooking, regardless of method of cooking.
