Haley's South Georgia Barbeque Sauce
- Unbelievable on steaks, hamburgers, and pork
Serves/Makes:6 cups or more
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) catsup
- 3 cups (700 ml) Dale's sauce
- 1 cup (225 ml) soy sauce
- 1 cup (225 ml) red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). course ground black pepper
- 1 cup (225 ml) spicy mustard
- Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and cook on medium heat until hot.
- Let stand.
- Use as a marinade on steaks and hamburgers-WOW!
