- 7 cups (1650 ml) sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup (225 ml) sliced sweet onion
- 1 tsp (5 ml). celery seed
- 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml). salt
- 1 cup (225 ml) white vinegar
- Combine cucumbers and onion in a large bowl.
- Add sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
