Thyme and Rosemary Potatoes
- Roasted herb potatoes
Serves/Makes:2 or more
- 2 large white potatoes
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- thyme (to taste)
- rosemary (to taste)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees (200 C.).
- Cut potatoes into 1/2 squares.
- Mix potatoes, oil, thyme and rosemary in non-stick casserole pan.
- Cook in heated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Toss often to brown evenly.
