- 2 cups (475 ml) self-rising flour
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) margarine
- Mix together all ingredients. Dough needs to be cold, or use butter out of the tub, instead of melted butter.
- Roll in tsp size balls.
- Put on cookie sheet and mash down.
- Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 10 minutes or until they are slightly brown on bottom.
