Serves/Makes:2 or more
- Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small chopped green pepper
- 1 cup (225 ml) chopped celery
- 1 6 oz (168 grm). can tuna, drained ( I use 2 )
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped onion
- 1 cup (225 ml) chow mein noodles
- Preparation
- Spray crockpot.
- Mix all ingredients, except noodles, in crockpot.
- Cover and cook for 7 - 8 hours.
- Add noodles during last hour.
- Comments
- Serve with boiled or fried rice and egg foo young.
