Serves/Makes:2 dozen tarts or mini-pies
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
- 1 3 oz (84 grm). package cream cheese
- 1 cup (225 ml) flour
- 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
- Blend butter and cream cheese.
- Stir in flour and sugar.
- Cover and chill 1 hour.
- Form into small balls.
- Put into small tin holders like muffin tins or just pat into tins for crust.
- This recipe is for Mini pie crusts, but could probably work just fine for one regular sized crust.
