- Ingredients
- 3-1/2 tsp (17.5 ml) English mustard
- 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) "A-1 Steak Sauce"
- 1/8 cup (30 ml) light cream
- 1/8 tsp (1 ml) salt
- Preparation
- Blend mustard and mayonnaise and beat for one minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat to a creamy consistancy.

- I have been living in the Florida Keys for over 50 years and have been preparing this sauce for nearly as long to serve to my friends and neighbors whenever we prepare our fresh caught stone crab claws.
