Serves/Makes:4 c. approx.
- Ingredients
- 4 oz (112 grm). half and half
- 4 oz (112 grm). water or chicken stock
- 4 oz (112 grm). grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb (.5 kg). Velveeta cheese
- 1 10 oz (280 grm). pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and water squeezed out
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 8 oz (224 grm). sour cream
- 1 lemon, juice only
- Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in stock pot and melt together over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
