- Ingredients
- 3 cups (700 ml) fresh spinach leaves
- 5 tbsp (70 ml) orange juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) red wine vinagar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) diced red onion
- salt
- pepper
- Preparation
- Put spinach, mushrooms, and onion in a bowl set aside.
- Take a shaker and shake the rest of the ingredients together.
- Toss all together in the bowl.
- Comments
- Very delicious, healthy salad to go with a meal or by itself.
