Butter Garlic Ranch Wings
Serves/Makes:50 wings approx.
- 3 lbs (1.4 kg). bag frozen chicken wings
- vegetable oil, for frying
- 2 tsp (10 ml). melted butter
- 1 tsp (5 ml). dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp (5 ml). minced garlic
- Deep fry wings until crispy brown.
- Place wings in a bowl with lid.
- Add melted butter, garlic, and dry ranch dressing mix.
- Placed lid on the bowl and shake them for 1 minute.
