- 3/4 cup (175 ml) mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) honey
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice or juice from 1/2 lemon
- prepared horseradish, to taste
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) orange juice (more or less, as needed)
- Combine all ingredients except orange juice; stir well.
- Thin to pouring consistency for dressing or dipping consistency for dips with orange juice.
- Cover and chill for 2 or 3 hours.
