- Ingredients
- 2 lbs (.9 kg) beef stew meat
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 turnip, cubed
- 2 ribs of celery, chopped
- 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning mix
- 1 cup (225 ml) hot water
- 1 can sweet peas
- Preparation
- Put all ingredients in crockpot, except peas.
- Cook on Low 8 hours or till tender.
- Add peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
