- Oil and vinegar dressing
- My own
Serves/Makes:1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup (225 ml) olive oil or less, to your taste
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar (rice, wine, balsamic) your choice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) black pepper, crushed
- 2 tsp (10 ml) to 3 tsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- Mix together in a jar and shake to combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate for a few hours to blend flavors.
- My favorite dressing is a light vinaigrette. Enjoy!
