Serves/Makes:6 servings
- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted unsalted butter
- 7 tbsp (100 ml) cocoa powder
- 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted unsalted butter
- 2 tsp (10 ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
- 1 12 oz (336 grm). can evaporated milk
- whipped cream
- Preparation
- Combine graham crumbs and melted butter in small mixing bowl.
- Press into 8 inch pie pan.
- Combine next 5 ingredients in a food proccessor
- Add evaporated milk and let proccessor run for at least 30 seconds.
- Pour into pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 -30 minutes.
- Let cool and refrigerate 4 hours.
- Cut into 6 pieces.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Comments
- The pie shoul be LITTLE giggly when you take it out.
Do not over bake.
