Chinese Hot Mustard

Serves/Makes:1/3 cup

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) dry mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) boilng water
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
Preparation
  • Whisk mustard and sugar together til smooth.
  • Whisk in water and oil.
  • Let stand 8 hours before serving.
  • Refridgerate leftovers.

Prep time: 8 hours 5 minutes.

I needed a hot mustard like you get in a Chinese Restaurant. Couldn't believe I couldn't find one so I asked a very good friend and she said she had one. Here it is, if any one wants a good Chinese Hot Mustard.

Great on pork, or whatever.
