Serves/Makes:1 cup approx.

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz (224 grm). package cream cheese
• 1 7 oz (196 grm). to 8 oz (224 grm). can red salmon
• 2-1/2 tsp (12.5 ml) prepared horseradish
• 2 green onions, chopped

Preparation

• Drain salmon and remove skin.
• Combine salmon with remaining ingredients.
• Serve on bagel, crackers, or sliced baguette.
