Serves/Makes:6 or more
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) of soft brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) of cream(more if needed)
- 1-3/4 cups (425 ml) self-rising flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 oz (112 grm). of any type of chcolate(chopped roughly)
- Preparation
- Wash your hands and preheat oven to 190c/375f/gas mark 5
- Grease slightly one baking tray(you may alter this depending on how many cookies you want).
- In a large size mixing bowl mix together (you may use your hands)the butter and sugar until soft
- Add the cream to the mixture
- Sift the flour and the salt into the mixture and stir.
- Put the chocolate chunks into the mixture and stir well(again you may use your hands).
- Scoop heaping tbsp of the mixture onto the baking tray making sure they are spaced out.
- Put baking tray on oven and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and put onto a wire rack to cool.
