- Ingredients
- 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground beef
- 1 lb (.5 kg). pork sausage
- 1 small white onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (225 ml) chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dark rum
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (475 ml) bread crumbs
- salt, pepper to taste
- Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Separate mixture into 2 prepared loaf pans(freeze one for later).
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
