Ingredients

• 1 cup (225 ml) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3/4 cup (175 ml) granulated white sugar
• 3/4 cup (175 ml) firmly packed light brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) pure vanilla extract
• 2-1/4 cups (525 ml) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
• 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) Skittles candies

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
• Mix together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
• Add in flour, baking soda and salt until well blended.
• Stir in Skittles candy.
• Drop by spoon onto a cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
