- Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 lb (.2 kg) ground sausage
- 1 egg, beaten
- oil for frying
- seasoned flour
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
- Preparation
- Boil the 4 eggs, when completely cold, peel.
- Dip in seasoned flour.
- Cover with sausage so no egg can "peek" out.
- Dip in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil til golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
