- Ingredients
- 1 can pork & beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 package frozen baby lima beans
- 1 can blackeyed peas, drained
- 1 can chili beans, drained
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
- 1/2 lb (.2 kg) bacon, cut up
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 7 oz (196 grm).can green chili salsa (Herdez Salsa Verde)
- 1 cup (225 ml) brown sugar, packed
- Preparation
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into large casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
