Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: allenm@sna.com Ingredients 1 cup (225 ml) sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) four 1 tsp (5 ml) soda 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon 1/3 cup (80 ml) strong coffee 2 cups (475 ml) diced raw apples 1 cup (225 ml) chopped walnuts 2 tsp (10 ml) brown sugar Preparation Cream sugar with egg and butter. Add flour soda, flour, cinnamon, coffee and apples. Makes thick batter. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with Chopped walnuts and brown sugar. Bake 25 - 30 min. at 350 degrees (175 C.).
