Horseradish Jelly

Serves/Makes:4 jelly jars

  • 4 cups (950 ml) apple juice
  • 4 cups (950 ml) sugar
  • 1 box of sure-gel
  • level 1 tbsp (15 ml) of horseradish
  • Mix apple juice, horseradish and sure-gel.
  • Bring to a rolling boil, add sugar and bring back to rolling boil.
  • Boil for 1 minute and then skim top of jelly.
  • Pour into jelly jars and seal.
