Carefully dip each cookie into the dip. Place cookies on lightly buttered cookie sheet. Add two mini chips for eyes. Comments A friend gave me the recipe. Original source unknown. The kids love them. This is the easiest cookie recipe that I have ever done for a Halloween Party.
