Serves/Makes:4

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) quick cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml). pepper
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) catsup
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). dry mustard
Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients till well blended.
  • Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 75 minutes.
Comments
This has so much flavor, and the leftovers make delicious sandwiches!
