Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground beef
  • 1 cup (225 ml) onions, finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 tbsp (20 ml). chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml). cayenne
  • 1/6 tsp (1 ml). garlic powder
  • 1 16 oz (448 grm). can tomato puree
  • 1 cup (225 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). salt
Preparation
  • Brown beef and onions till beef is cooked & onions are tender.
  • Drain to remove fat.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer at least 30 min. or till desired consistency.
