Serves/Makes:Makes 2 1/2 Cups (592 ml)

  • 1 Pkg. 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
  • 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated (reserve juice and add last)
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • 1/3 tsp (2 ml). celery salt
  • 1/3 tsp (2 ml). salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml). garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
  • 2 to 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • Combine in order given.
  • Cream with mixer.
  • Chill.
  • Can be made ahead.
  • Serve with assorted crackers.
