Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: The Piano Fairy Serves/Makes:4 Ingredients Salad: 1 lb (.5 kg). spinach leaves 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled 3 eggs, hard boiled and sliced Dressing: 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar 2 Tbsp (30 ml). salad oil 3 tsp (15 ml). sugar 4 Tbsp (60 ml). bacon drippings 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt Preparation Place salad ingredients in a large bowl. Bring the 5 dressing ingredients to a boil. Cool slightly and pour over salad. Toss and serve immediately while warm.
