  • 1 9" inch pie shell
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3-4 tomatoes, wedged or chopped
  • garlic to taste, about 4 cloves
  • basil
  • 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (225 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Mix tomatoes, mayo, cheese, onion and garlic.
  • Pour into browned pie shell.
  • Top with basil and Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) F. for at least 35 minutes.
