Ingredients
  • 1 yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese (softened)
Preparation
  • Mix first four ingredients until blended. It will be thick.
  • Spread in 9 inch x 13 inch cake pan with spatula.
  • Mix powdered sugar, 2 eggs and softened cream cheese.
  • Pour on top of cake mixture in cake pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) F. for 30-35 minutes.

Very rich dessert, good and easy to make.
