Buttery Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Butter
  • Salt
Preparation
  • Thoroughly wash pumpkin seeds.
  • Melt a good portion of butter on a cookie sheet.
  • Add pumpkin seeds - toss to coat with butter (you can add more butter if you like - everyone's tastes differ)
  • Roast at 350 degrees (175 C.) until seeds begin to pop.
  • Cool and serve
