Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
  • 1 white potato, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
  • 1 white onion, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
  • 1 cup (225 ml) water or wine
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
  • Layer potatoes and onion in microwave safe casserole dish.
  • Place pork chops on top.
  • Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add 1 cup (225 ml) water.
  • Place lid on casserole.
  • Microwave on Med (50%) for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve with some fast vegetables.
