Serves/Makes:(1) 11"x13" pan
- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) flour
- 1 cup (225 ml) chopped pecans
- 1 stick (1/4 lb (.1 kg).) margarine, softened
- 1 (8 oz (224 grm).) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (225 ml) powdered sugar
- 1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
- 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups (700 ml) milk, divided usage
- 2 (8 oz (224 grm).) tubs Cool Whip
- 2 Hershey bars
- Preparation
- 1st layer:
- 1 cup (225 ml) flour
- 1 cup (225 ml) chopped pecans
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- Mix together; press into pan. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) F. for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely. Note: As ovens vary, check after 15 minutes.
- Do not let burn.
- 2nd layer:
- 1 (8 oz (224 grm).) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup (225 ml) powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz (224 grm).) tub Cool Whip
- Mix well together and layer on crust.
- 3rd layer:
- 1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) milk
- Mix together 2 minutes and spread over 2nd layer.
- 4th layer:
- 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) milk
- Mix together 2 minutes and spread over chocolate layer.
- 5th layer:
- 1 (8 oz (224 grm).) tub Cool Whip.
- Spread over vanilla layer.
- 6th layer:
- Grate 2 Hershey bars and sprinkle over Cool Whip.
- Keep Refrigerated.
