Serves/Makes:4-6 sandwiches

  • 4 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped celery
  • 1 T mustard
  • 2 T mayonaise
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) celery salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
  • Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread on bread of your choice.
