Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) applesauce
Preparation
  • Subtitute for 1 egg in some baking recipies.
Comments
I can't remember the exact measurement a person uses for substitution, however it seemed 1/4 cup per egg. I use to do this for a cake mix. Just haven't baked in awhile. There is also a product on the market located in the baking section of the supermarket that is a great sub for eggs in cookies. It comes in a jar and has fruit in the ingredients. Good luck.
