Cauliflower Salad

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 16 oz (448 grm) shredded Chedder cheese
  • 16 oz (448 grm) shredded mozzerela cheese
  • bacon
  • onions
  • Marzetti slaw dressing
  • Break up lettuce and cauliflower.
  • Fry bacon.
  • Cut up onion.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • When ready to serve pour dressing over top and serve.
If you mix dressing too soon before serving the lettuce tends to get soggy. Best if done just before serving.
