Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Smitty Serves/Makes:For 8 Ingredients 8 potatoes, cut in cubes 1 onion, cut in cubes 4 mushrooms, cut in strips 1 quart (950 ml) milk 1 dash pepper 1 tbsp (15 ml) parsley 1 tsp (5 ml) basil 2 tsp (10 ml) butter Preparation Cut up potatoes, onions and mushrooms. Boil until potatoes are soft. Drain excess water. Add milk, butter and spices. Cook for an additional five minutes or so. Preparation Time :0:15 Comments
