Serves/Makes:6 or more

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). cornmeal
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). flour
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). white vinegar
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
Preparation
  • mix all together and pour in unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for about 45 minutes.

This pie is quick and easy and will amaze you.
