  • 4 c potatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 T fresh dill, minced
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 c milk
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Place potatoes in shallow baking dish;
  • sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill.
  • Combine cream and milk; pour over potatoes.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30 minutes.
Good with fish.
